PML Bridge Fund Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Referral Representative Status: All Referral Representatives act as independent contractors to PML Bridge Fund, not as employees or brokers. Participation is subject to compliance with applicable laws in the representative's location.
Licensing Requirements: Certain states may require licensing or registration to participate in referral activities. Representatives are responsible for confirming and maintaining compliance with local regulations.
Loan Purpose: PML Bridge Fund loans are for business and investment purposes only. This program does not provide consumer mortgages, and all loans must be secured by non-owner-occupied real estate.
Commission Payments: Referral commissions are paid within 1 business day after the referred transaction has successfully closed, and funding has been disbursed to the borrower.
Referral Submission Accuracy: Representatives must ensure the accuracy of all borrower information provided via the Funding Request Referral Form. Any misrepresentation may lead to disqualification or delayed processing.
Marketing Guidelines: All marketing materials and communication used by the representative must comply with PML Bridge Fund's approved branding guidelines. Misleading or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
